Returns & Exchanges
As much as we hope you love our products, we know one size does not fit all when it comes to skincare. In order to make it right and find you the best fit for your skin, please email AbbyMeadowsTallow@gmail.com with any comments, questions or concerns about refunds. All full price purchases can be returned (must pay for shipping back to us) within 30 days of receipt to the original payment method. After 30 days we are no longer able to offer refunds or exchanges.
Upon receiving return instructions via email, you will have 14 days to take the return and process it through the post office. Should the return not arrive a the post office within 14 days of our refund/exchange email being sent, the return will no longer be valid.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible to pay return shipping back to us; this amount will be deducted from your refund.
If the customer requests a replacement package instead of a refund, a new shipping charge will be applied and must be paid prior to dispatching the new shipment.
Due to the nature of the product, all returns must be of minimal to moderate use in order to be accepted for a return.
All returns will be reissued back to the original payment method, minus shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will be issued to your original credit card. Please not this process may take 5-7 business days depending on the bank.
All shipping charges, to and from, are nonrefundable and not included in the refund process.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items (those also used with a discount code) cannot be refunded.
